Quality Wins the Market; Innovation Leads the Future
Lifting attachments are critical components of container cranes. The quality and reliability of these attachments directly impact the crane’s performance. When purchasing a crane, selecting high-quality lifting attachments is crucial for efficient container handling.
Features of Lifting Attachments
1. Fully Enclosed Steel Structure
The container spreader consists of a rotating hanger, a fixed frame, and a telescoping beam. The rotating hanger is coupled to the fixed frame, and the telescoping beam slides between the two “III”-shaped beams of the fixed frame. The entire steel structure of the spreader is made of Q345B steel. This product features a rational design, high load-bearing capacity, and light weight.
2. Telescoping Mechanism
The lifting device’s telescoping motion is achieved through a drive chain powered by a gear motor. When the telescoping beam reaches the 20-foot or 40-foot position, a limit switch sends a signal to cut off power to the gear motor, halting the telescoping movement. At this point, the telescoping length of the lifting device is displayed. Tensioning and cushioning devices are installed on both sides of the drive chain. The drive chain can absorb a portion of the impact energy in the telescoping direction.
3. Rotation Mechanism
The rotation of the lifting device is driven by a gear motor acting on a slewing bearing. Each lifting device is equipped with two sets of drive mechanisms to facilitate rotation; if either reduction drive mechanism fails, the other can rotate the lifting device, ensuring normal operation of the equipment.
